Infinite-Fish Group, LLC was founded in the winter of 2009 by Will Casella, a career fly fishing industry professional. Will had been working in international lodge management for the past 8-years and identified constant difficulties of finding quality employees, and conversely the troubles employees were having to find work. Infinite-Fish was originally founded with the thought to act as a recruitment agency specifically for the fly-fishing industry. Since then, the need for business-to-business industry services has become more apparent and consequently Infinite-Fish has been continually growing and adapting to meet those needs. One of the unique aspects of Infinite-Fish is our global scope. We firmly believe the future of fly fishing is dependent upon the international market versus the traditionally thought US based market. We have worked on both sides of the Atlantic and in the northern and southern hemisphere. Consequently, few businesses in the fly fishing industry have as many international contacts as we do.
